The Open will officially take place July 18 – 21, 2019.  Royal Portrush will then be in the rotation for two more Opens before 2040. In preparation two new holes are being developed, which will extend the course to over 7,300 yards.  The renovations will also allow more room for the expected crowds, including grandstands.
