Jackson is a graduate of Texas State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. After his studies, he returned to his hometown of Austin, TX. With his experience in DCI tour operations and as an alumni, Jackson found professional interest in the travel industry. He strives to be constantly learning, compassionate, and a well-rounded individual. His hobbies include running and gaming.
