Everyone I ever spoke to or emailed was friendly, helpful and concerned with making sure I was satisfied with how things were arranged. I always received timely responses, either by phone or email.
During the trip, every organization with which Pioneer had made a reservation was ready for us. Hotels, car rental, pro shops, caddies and restaurants all expected us at the correct time and had everything ready. While we were in St. Andrews Pioneer attempted every day to get us a tee time at the Old Course. Though they were ultimately unsuccessful, it certainly was not Pioneer’s fault St. Andrews was so very crowded the 5 days we were there.
I will certainly use them again.”
